We provide a bilingual (Japanese/English) service for both domestic and international communities.
We are experienced veterinarians with many years serving families and individuals and their pets using the latest technology. We have a compassionate and welcome approach and aim to nurture close bonds within the local community.

Consultations are available for both cats and dogs at PetLife.

Pet Insurance

Please present your pet’s insurance card upon registration at each visit.

Cash, credit card, electronic payment (PayPay etc).

Exemption of consumption tax for diplomatic missions

PetLife is a designated store (DS). Consumption tax exemption is available under certain conditions for members of foreign establishments. Please present your ID and tax exemption card upon registration, and fill out the “Certificate of Tax Exemption Purchase for Foreign Establishments”.
